(New York, New York, March XX, 2007) Vintage Builders announced today that they have completed a new development project in the East Williamsburg area of Brooklyn at 196 Scholes Street.
The building consists of eight units: one studio duplex with private courtyard, one 1-bedroom duplex with private backyard, one 1-bedroom with upper level, two 1-bedrooms with upper levels and home offices, and two 2-bedrooms: upper levels-crafted with loft-like sensibilities. All 1BRs and 2BRs are approximately 900 sq. ft.

The building was designed by Carmen Larch of Scarano Architects that specializes in grand-scale design in intimate proportions. Artful combinations of materials-glass, stucco, and steel ¬and deliberate selections of complementary color-buttery beige and sandy brown give rise to one thoughtfully designed new development.
Having completed dozens of projects in the Williamsburg Community, 196 stands out as the crowning jewel in a neighborhood we helped to create.
