“CENTURY 21 NY METRO” APPOINTS MALIK MITCHELL
AS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR OF HARLEM OFFICE

(New York, New York, June 13, 2007) Malik Mitchell, former Executive Vice President of sales at Century 21 New York Metro, has been appointed Managing Director of the Harlem office at 524 West 145th Street.

"Malik continues to be a loyal and dedicated part of this organization and I’m very pleased that he wants to step up and take on this role," says Michael Simon, president, C21NYC.

A native New Yorker, Mitchell brings years of public relations experience to C21NYC and his clients. During his multifaceted career, he has worked in public relations, marketing, recruiting, project development, publishing and most recently, music management, where he contributed to two multi-platinum projects. Mitchell worked for Dwelling Quest for a year and a half before it was acquired by C21NYC in September 2006. Throughout his time with the agency, Mitchell has consistently shown leadership and commitment as one of its top producers.

“I’m really enthused about building the office and getting our name out in the community,” Mitchell explains. “We’re moving with the times. There’s lots of growth and a changing culture in Harlem. We’re part of that growth.”
