CENTURY 21 NY METRO ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH SEVERAL MIDDLE EASTERN DEVELOPERS TO OFFER SALES IN DUBAI, JORDAN, EGYPT, SAUDI ARABIA, ETC.
Partnership with Damac Properties and Tameer Holding Investments, two of the three biggest private developers in the Middle East
(New York, New York, June 14, 2007) Century 21 NY Metro, (C21NYM), a full-service residential rentals and sales brokerage announced today they have partnered with Tameer Holding Investments (http://www.tameer.net/) and DAMAC Properties (http://www.damacproperties.com/), two of the largest private developers in the Middle East.
“We are now the sole marketing partners for these companies in New York, and one of only two partners in the entire US. We will be listing and marketing their high-end properties throughout the Middle East, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates of UAE, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and elsewhere, establishing us as the dominant US firm for real estate in the world’s hottest market,” comments Mike Simon, president, C21NYM.
In addition to locking up strategic relationships with the top development firms, C21NYM has also recruited a stellar team of specialists to lead sales and marketing efforts. Led by Philip Kiracofe, executive vice president of sales for C21NYC, the team includes native Arabic-speaking agents who have lived, worked, and invested in real estate throughout the region.
The senior members of the team are Lara Ramahi, a native Jordanian raised in the UAE, Tarek Hamdy, an Egyptian broker who recently relocated from Dubai, and Loai Alessedi, who grew up in Iraq and has been in the US for 12 years. Together, these agents bring extensive contacts with developers, brokers, and other professionals who are essential for conducting transactions overseas.
